Paula Patnoe Woodley
Paula Patnoe Woodley is president of Woodley Communications, a boutique firm that provides consumer research, marketing strategy, and individual and team coaching for non-profit, entrepreneurial and Fortune 500 organizations. She is a long-time adjunct professor at the University of Southern California, where she was awarded the university-wide Stephen B. Sample Teaching & Mentoring Award in 2014.
Paula has a dual appointment at USC, teaching in the Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism and the Keck School of Medicine, School of Public Health. Maintaining an academic focus in entertainment-education, social marketing, and health communication, she has published multiple articles on the media’s effect on learning, retention and behavior change.
Paula currently brings her expertise to multiple advisory boards in entertainment-education and the arts. Previously she was the president of Sales and Marketing Executives Association International, Los Angeles Chapter and served on the board of directors of the Bethune Ballet, All-Abilities Dance and the West Hollywood Orchestra.
Paula earned her MA in Communication Management at the University of Southern California. Additionally, she is a semi-professional flute/piccolo player and a yoga master. Residing in Westchester, CA and married to her college sweetheart, Paula has a daughter, granddaughter and two spoiled rescue pups.
