Bibí Juelma Marcos Gololombe

Bibi Juelma has a degree in Political Science and International Relations from the Catholic University of Mozambique. At the age of 12, she joined the Adolescent and Youth Club at Radio Moçambique in the province of Sofala, where she received her first training and radio experience. She worked there as a Producer and Presenter of programs for teenagers on programs related to Sexual and Reproductive Health, Education and Human Rights. In 2015, she became an integral part of the Radio Moçambique team in Sofala as a Producer and Presenter of programs related to themes related to Women’s Empowerment.

In 2019, she was part of the Girl Move Academy, an academy of Leadership and Social Entrepreneurship, as a student and mentor of primary school girls and university students who live in vulnerable contexts in urban neighborhoods of Nampula.

In January 2021, Bibi Juelma joined PCI Media Mozambique as a Field Officer in Nampula Province. In this capacity, Bibi works directly with the radio producers, theater groups, and Mentors of the Rapariga BIZ program at the local level to ensure the planning, implementation and monitoring of activities at the provincial level.
