Johnny Anaya

Johnny has spearheaded dozens of PCI Media initiatives in Bolivia aimed at using media and community mobilization to encourage access to information on issues ranging from violence against women and children to sexual and reproductive health and justice. He produces radio dramas, and trains and mentors radio stations. Prior to joining PCI Media in 2009, Johnny spent over 20 years of his professional career teaching and coordinating artistic projects with marginalized populations, including the disabled, abused women, and inmates.

He grew up with four sisters and now has two daughters of his own. In his free time, you can find him mountain biking or listening to the likes of Radiohead, Leonard Cohen, and Peter Gabriel.
